BATAVIA, NY (WIVB) - A Batavia woman went before the judge today after being charged with two felony drug counts.
Tracey Brewer, who is also known as Tracey Cook, was indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury for criminal sale of hydrocodone and oxycodone.
The incident is alleged to have taken place between April 4 and April 18 at 52 Columbia Ave., Batavia.
