BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A motorcyclist pleaded guilty Friday morning, to a crash that claimed a young woman’s life in March.
Thirty-year-old Joseph Ayer, of Cheektowaga, admits to driving erratically and at an excessively high rate of speed when he lost control of his motorcycle. The crash claimed the life of his passenger, twenty-four-year-old Chelsea Olson.

Ayer pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide and can face up to four years in prison when he is sentenced in November.
