WEBSTER, N.Y. (WIVB) - Human remains have been found in the ruins of William Spengler's burned out house. Spengler had lived with his sister Cheryl Spengler.
Authorities believe she perished in the house. The Monroe County Medical Examiner must confirm her identity and cause of death.
Spengler took his own life after shooting two West Webster volunteer firefighters to death, and wounding two others. Town of Webster Police Chief Gerald Pickering said, "He was equipped to go to war, killing innocent people."
