BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Buffalo State College Police have dropped a warning for students, saying a reported sexual assault never happened.
University Police issued their alert over the weekend after a female student claimed she was assaulted. A person of interest was identified and interviewed before police made their announcement Tuesday morning on their website.
The Buffalo State College Police Chief says the woman will not be charged with filing a false report.
