BUFFALO, N.Y. - A Buffalo man was taken into custody on Sunday after West Seneca Police responded to a reported burglary call.
Adam Heyd, 32, stole a 42” television worth $700. Officers were lead to Heyd after a witness of the burglary told them of the incident.
Heyd was taken into custody and arrainged on Burglary 2nd (C felony), Petit Larceny (a misd.), and Criminal Mischief (a misd.)
He is being held on $10,000 bail in the Erie County Holding Center.
