MEDINA, NY (WIVB) - A Medina business woman has been charged with stealing more than $28,000 from another business.
Denise VanWagner, 60, is the owner of a consignment shop, Place To Go. She has been accused of taking $28,303 from Fischer’s Newsroom over a period of several years.
Police say that VanWagner would offer to watch his business but would then take money from the sale of lottery tickets from his register.
VanWagner also served as treasurer of the Albion Business Association.
