HOLLEY, N.Y. (WIVB) - A driver lost control of his vehicle, when it ran off the road, overturned and came to a rest upside down in a ditch just before 5 a.m. Friday. The Orleans County Sheriff’s Office says 22-year-old Joseph Bailargeon, of Rochester, was taken to the hospital after the incident.
Bailargeon was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, after the Holley-Byron Road accident. The sheriff’s office says he was charged with DWI and failure to keep right. He is expected in Town of Clarendon Court in mid December.
