CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 61-year-old man of Clarence was arrested Sunday morning after troopers observed his vehicle cross over the center line on Main St. and stopped him.

After Thomas P. Moulder was stopped by troopers, he was found to be intoxicated.

He was processed at SP Clarence where he provided a breath test resulting in a .15% BAC.

Moulder will appear in Town of Clarence Court on January 3, 2013 to answer the DWI charge.
