Car rolls over nearing exit

ELMA, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police investigated an accident involving a single car personal injury on Sunday afternoon in the Town of Elma.

22-year-old Jordan D. Petrocci of Weedsport was exiting ST-400 on to the Transit Rd, ramp, when he lost control of his vehicle as a result of his wreckless speeding.

The vehicle traveled over the guard rail rolling over approximately three times before coming to a rest at the bottom of the embankment.

Petrocci was treated for minor injuries after being taken to the Erie County Medical Center by Springbrook Ambulance.

He was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Speeding and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

Petrocci is to appear in the Town of Elma Court at a later date.
