LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) - In Niagara County, the criminal case continues against a suspended corrections officer.

David Elliott, 56, is expected back court for a hearing Monday. He's charged with sex abuse and official misconduct while on the job at the Niagara County Jail.

He's currently suspended with pay.
