RANDOLPH, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Randolph man was charged with two counts of petit larceny following an investigation of a robbery caught on tape.
Brian Green, 32, was caught on video stealing about $28.00 and six bags of corn that were valued at about $42.00 from Peaches and Cream on Main Street in Randolph. The robberies occurred on 3rd and 9th of January.
He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Randolph Court on a later date.
