PEMBROKE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Pembroke town justice has dropped a prostitution charge against a Williamsville woman previously featured in the show "Wife Swap."
Twenty-year-old Alicia Gaustaferro still faces charges of criminal impersonation and drug possession. She was arrested at the Pembroke thruway rest stop last August with Rochester attorney James Doyle, who was asleep at the wheel of his car.
A charge of patronizing a prostitute was dropped against Doyle, but he still faces charges of DWI and providing alcohol to a person under 21.
