MEDINA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A suspended Medina firefighter accused of a disturbing crime returned to court Monday morning. Thirty-one-year-old Jeffrey Elsenheimer waived his right to a preliminary hearing, sending the case to a grand jury.

He is charged with three counts of promoting sexual performance of a child, three counts of possession of child porn, along with criminal sexual act, official misconduct and child endangerment.

Authorities say they found sexually explicit material involving a child on Elsenheimer’s phone.
