PERRYSBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) - Three men were arrested in Perrysburg Friday, after an alert citizen notified State Police of suspicious activity. The resident said a vehicle has repeatedly parked in a business parking lot during off hours, and three men had exited the vehicle wearing outdoor gear heading towards th J N Adams Complex.
Police monitored the area throughout the weekend and on Sunday located the rental vehicle in a parking lot of a closed business. Police contacted the rental car agency and found that the car was rented by an uninvolved female.
Police say when daylight arrived three men were spotted walking towards the rental car. Police arrested 30-year-old Gregory A. Dzielski, 27-year-old Mark R. Dzielski and 30-year-old Justin L. Eck, all from Brocton. None of the men had valid driver’s licenses or authority to operate the rental car.
Prior to towing the vehicle, Troopers located a small amount of heroin, as well as a hypodermic syringe inside the vehicle. All three men were charged with third-degree Criminal Trespass,Mark R. Dzielski was also charged with seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance(CPCS), and Possession of Hypodermic Instrument - all Misdemanors.
