Clarence man accused of raping teen

CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Erie County Sheriff's Office says a man was arrested Sunday night on rape charges.
The sheriff's office says 52-year-old James Hatok was arrested at his Main Street address, after they conducted an interview with him. Hatok is charged with felony second-degree rape, felony first-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, a teenage female.
At the arraignment, Judge Robert Sillars set bail at $50,000.
