Over 50 arrests at Warped Tour concert

DARIEN, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Warped Tour, at Darien Lakes Performing Arts Center, resulted in seven drug arrests and  58 underage drinking charges.

This is the latest concert in a string of shows this summer that resulted in several arrests.

Earlier this summer, there was 37 arrests at the Erie Church concert. At the Drake show, there was 10 arrests and more than 80 tickets issued.

According to the Genesee County Sheriff's Office, the following people have been arrested:

Jeffrey P. Rolison, 18 years of age, Mt. Morris, New York was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana for allegedly possessing a quantity of marijuana.

Seventeen-year-old man of Cicero, New York was charged with Unlawful Possession of marijuana for allegedly possessing a quantity of marijuana.

Andrew G. Trask, 21 years of age, Derby, New York was charged with Unlawful Possession of marijuana for allegedly possessing a quantity of marijuana.

Andrew C. McClure, 20 years of age of Derby, New York was charged with Unlawful Possession of marijuana for allegedly possessing a quantity of marijuana.

Taylor L. Cucinelli, 18 years of age of Spencerport, New York was charged Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, and Unlawful Possession of marijuana for allegedly possessing a quantity of hydrocodone, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Seventeen-year-old man of Spencerport, New York was charged Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, and Unlawful Possession of marijuana for allegedly possessing a quantity of hydrocodone, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Sixteen-year-old man Spencerport, New York was charged Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Unlawful Possession of marijuana and Possession of Alcohol with Intent to Consume Under 21, for allegedly possessing a quantity of hydrocodone, marijuana, alcohol and drug paraphernalia.

In addition, the following individuals and some additional minors were charged with possession of alcohol with intent to consume, under age 21, during a joint detail with the New York State Police. All were issued appearance tickets.
