Concert results in several arrests

DARIEN, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Uproar Rockstar Energy Drink Concert resulted in several arrests Wednesday night, at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center. The Genesee County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests and appearance tickets after the show.

Corning resident 44-year-old Brian S. Parchesky was arrested after allegedly refusing to leave the concert venue, after being told to leave several times. He was arrested for trespass, and was arraigned in Darien Court.

Twenty-seven-year-old Tyler W. Seneca was arrested after allegedly throwing items and deputies and physically refusing to be taken into custody. Seneca was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Seneca was arraign at Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $500 bail.

A Webster woman was arrested after allegedly striking a security guard, while being ejected from the venue, and was then found to have possessed a quantity of three different controlled prescription drugs. The sheriff’s office says 39-year-old Deanna Russo was charged with second-degree harassment, three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Russo was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail with no bail.

An Ontario, Canada resident allegedly drove a vehicle on a public walkway outside the venue. Thirty-five-year-old Gregory Brown was allegedly arrested for DWI and driving with a BAC of .08 percent or more. Brown was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $250 bail.

A 30-year-old Buffalo man was issued an appearance ticket, after he was arrested for second-degree harassment. The sheriff’s office says Jeffrey Logal allegedly pushed and then grabbed a concert usher.

The sheriff’s office says 27-year-old Stephanie Nonnemacher, of Rochester, and 21-year-old Jeffrey Mason, of Cheektowaga, were both charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Turtle Point, Pennsylvania resident 35-year-old Timothy Slotta was arrested on a violation of probation, and was turned over to Cattaraugus County.
