DUNKIRK, N.Y. (WIVB) - A convicted child molester who skipped out on his trial will soon come back to Western New York.
Paul Turley was captured in Arizona last week. News 4 learned he waived his extradition hearing. Niagara County Sheriff's deputies will travel to Arizona to pick him up within the next 10 days.
A fugitive task force had been searching nationwide for Turley ever since he skipped town in late January.
A jury convicted him of sexually abusing two children from 1996 to 1998.
