Cop chasing suspect crashes into house

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo police officer was involved in a late night crash while chasing a suspect.
Authorities say around midnight on Friday on West Delavan Avenue near Greenwood, the officer was in pursuit when the suspect crashed into a tree and fled. The officer crashed into a porch, and the suspect escaped.
The homeowner tells News 4 this is the second time a Buffalo cop has hit the house in less than two years.
The officer was taken to ECMC with minor injuries.
