DAYTON, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office says two South Dayton men were arrested Saturday night, for allegedly snowmobiling while intoxicated.
Police say 28-year-old Eric W. Dustin and 27-year-old Brian A. Dustin were found in the middle of Dredge Road, in the Town of Dayton, after one of their snowmobiles broke down around 11:45 p.m.
According to police, both men were arrested for operating a snowmobile while intoxicated, operating with a .08 percent or higher and unregistered snowmobile. They were processed and released, and are due back in court at a later date.
