CATTARAUGUS RESERVATION (WIVB) - A driver and his passenger were both arrested after an alleged DWI crash, that resulted in a car off the roadway on the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation.
The Erie County Sheriff’s Office says 20-year-old Dakota Thompson, of Perrysburg, was driving drunk when his vehicle went off Old Lakeshore Road. Thompson refused to submit to a chemical test, to determine his BAC. He was charged with DWI and taken to the Erie County Holding Center.
Thompson’s passenger 21-year-old Samantha Jimerson, of Collins, is accused of interfering with the vehicle being towed from the scene. The sheriff’s office says she refused to leave the scene , and was arrested for disorderly conduct, obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. She was taken to the Erie County Holding Center.
