BOSTON, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police were called to a convenience store on reports of a drunk driver, and it didn't take long for troopers to find their suspect.
Police responded to the 7-Eleven on Boston State Road in the Town of Boston around 10:45 p.m. on Saturday on reports of a drunk driver leaving the store. Troopers say a short time later they found Jonathan Morrill, 22, of Hamburg. Morrill had driven his car over an embankment on Zimmer Road.
Police say Morrill complained of neck pain, and he was taken to ECMC where a blood sample was taken.
Morrill has been charged with DWI, inadequate tires and failure to maintain lane.
