BEMUS POINT, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police say an alleged drunk driver got her vehicle struck in a yard at a residence in Bemus Point.
Police say 57-year-old Wendy Chapman failed several sobriety tests and then provided a breath sample of .16 percent, which is twice the legal limit.
Chapman was arrested for DWI. The property owner declined to press additional charges.
