State police say a drugged driver along Route 394 in Chautauqua County helped them arrest an out-of-state robbery suspect.
Troopers say they pulled over 22-year old Phillip George of Akron, Ohio on Thursday, February 22 in the Town of North Harmony. They say he appeared to be under the influence of an unknown drug, and arrested and charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
In addition, they say they discovered that his passenger, 26-year old Thomas Christeson of Brandenton, Ohio, was involved in a recent strong-arm highway in Warren, Pennsylvania. He was arrested as a Fugitive from Justice.
Both suspects were arraigned in the Town of Busti Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
