BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Buffalo Police say a person of interest in a recent purse theft at Albright Knox Art Gallery was caught on camera.

Police say the theft happened at the gallery, on Elmwood Avenue, Tuesday afternoon. Police say someone went into an office and took a purse and other items.

The person of interest, seen in the included photo, is described by police as a black male, approximately 5'8”, short hair and wearing white pants and a blue jacket.

Anyone with information is asked to call Buffalo Police at 851-4413.
