Cops make arrests during softball games

ALBION, N.Y. (WIVB) - Police agencies teamed up to make several arrests at the Village Park, in the Village of Albion on Sunday.
Police received complaints about the use of marijuana and alcohol during the Albion Men’s Softball League games at the various Village of Albion Parks.
At the park, 20-year-old Frank Capen, of Albion, was arrested for fifth-degree criminal possession of a marijuana. There was also three arrests for allegedly having open alcoholic beverage containers in public.
