CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - State police say a man inappropriately touched a 17-year-old girl shopping at the Eastern Hills Mall.
The girl and her mother began calling out for help after the incident happened on Saturday around noon. Troopers on holiday patrol in the mall say they caught 25-year-old Thomas Allan of Clarence Center as he made a dash for the exit.
Police say Allan groped the girl as she stood near a kiosk. He was arrested and charged with forcible touching.
Allan is due in court later this month.
