FREWSBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police say they found three grams of marijuana during a traffic stop in Frewsburg. Police stopped 54-year-old Randy Oakes for a traffic violation on Thursday, and while speaking to him police say they smelled marijuana.

State Police say they searched Oakes’ vehicle and found a bag containing three grams of marijuana. He was arrested, and issued an appearance ticket for unlawful possession of marijuana.
