STOW, N.Y. (WIVB) - A traffic stop led police to a drug arrest on Thursday, in Stow. State Police say they stopped 34-year-old John Mitchell, of Corry, Pennsylvania, for speeding.
Police say while they were speaking to the driver, they could smell marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. Troopers say they found two containers of pot, totaling in three grams of marijuana.
Mitchell was arrested by state police for unlawful possession of marijuana. He is due in Town of North Harmony Court at a later date.
