ELMA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Troopers say a woman talking on her cell phone behind the wheel was under the influence of prescription drugs.
State Police arrested a 21-year-old Natalie Wojtczak of East Aurora after witnessing her talking on a cell phone. Wojtczak has six suspensions on her license and troopers say she was high on pills and had pills in her possession.
