Customs Officer remains locked up

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Steven Metz, a U.S. Customs Officer recently busted on child porn charges, was denied bail in a hearing on Tuesday.
The 40-year-old Hamburg man has been in jail for about two weeks after the U.S. Attorney's Office charged him with having obscene videos as young as 3 and 4 on three of his computers. Prosecutors asked the judge to keep Metz locked up, arguing he's a potential danger to himself and others.
Another hearing is set for Thursday.
