LANCASTER, N.Y. (WIVB) - Police arrested a 21-year-old man of Depew for driving while intoxicated in the Town of Lancaster Sunday morning around 2:24a.m.
Richard Binner Jr.'s vehicle was stopped by troopers for an unsafe turn, failure to signal a turn, improper right turn, and improper left turn.
Upon further investigation during the traffic stop, Binner was found to be intoxicated.
He was processed at the Clarence barracks where he provided a breath test showing a BAC of .10%.
Binner will appear in the Town of Lancaster Court on a later date.
