SALAMANCA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A South Carolina man was arrested at the Seneca Allegany Casino, at 5 a.m. Christmas morning.
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Department says 45-year-old George B. Varner, of Columbia, South Carolina, was causing a disturbance in the casino. Police say he was told to leave, but then returned and used loud and vulgar language towards deputies and security.
Varner was charged with disorderly conduct and trespass, and is due back in court January 4th.
