IRVING, N.Y. (WIVB) - Deputies arrested a teen they say was spotted carrying two cases of beer out of the back door of a gas station convenience store.
D'Marcus Tallchief, 19, was arrested Sunday night just before 11 p.m. on a petit larceny charges. The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office say Tallchief was caught carrying the beer out of the back door of the Kwikfill at Route 5 and 20 in Irving.
Store personnel spotted Tallchief exiting through a rear door and tripped the alarm to call authorities.
Tallchief is due back in court at a later date.
