ELBA, N.Y. (WIVB) - An Elba man is facing disturbing charges, after an alleged incident on Sunday evening.

The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office says 45-year-old Guillermo Rogue allegedly had sexual relations with a person he was related to. Tuesday morning, he was arrested and charged with felony third-degree incest and was incarcerated on $20,000 bail.
