BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Erie County Sheriff’s Office says they made three DWI arrests the night before Thanksgiving.

The sheriff’s office says 23-year-old Anthony D. Pache, of Clarence, was stopped for speeding on Salt Road around 2:40 a.m. Thursday. Police say he took a breath test, which they say revealed an alleged .16 percent blood alcohol content, two times the legal BAC. He was taken to the Clarence station and was released on appearance tickets.

Around 4:20 a.m., the sheriff’s office says deputies stopped 27-year-old Aaron D. Sobieski, of West Seneca, for driving through a red light on Transit Road. Officials say a breath test revealed an alleged .15 percent BAC, and he was arrested for DWI and traffic infractions.

Shortly after, on Main Street in Clarence, a sheriff’s deputy arrested 23-year-old Karlina Smith, of Newstead. The sheriff’s office charged her after investigating a one car property damage accident. According to the sheriff’s office, a breath test revealed an alleged .14 percent BAC. She was processed at the Clarence Station and released on appearance tickets.
