FREDONIA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A southern tier man is being held in the Chautauqua County Jail after allegedly attacking a 16-year-old.
Deputies say Wilbur Reyes, 26, attacked the teen Friday morning at his home on Route 20 in Fredonia. The teen was allegedly choked, pushed and punched by Reyes. A warrant was issued for his arrest and deputies say when they arrived at his home to serve the warrant, Reyes resisted arrest.
He is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, second degree harassment, endangering the welfare of a child and resisting arrest.
Reyes is being held on $5,000 bail.
