CARROLLTON, N.Y. (WIVB) - A suspected drunk driver has been yanked off the road.

Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies arrested 45-year-old James McDonald of Bolivar. Investigators say he was speeding and swerving on Route 219 in the Town of Carrollton.

When deputies pulled him over, they say McDonald had an opened alcoholic beverage in his vehicle. He is facing several charges, including aggravated DWI.
