Deputies: tailgating driver was drunk

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Deputies say a man weaving in and out of lanes and tailgating cars was driving drunk.

The Erie County Sheriff's Office pulled over Michael Blystone after witnessing his bad driving behavior on the Northbound 190 near the Church Street exit. Deputies say the Erie, PA man was drunk with a .10 percent BAC. He has been charged with DWI.
