JAVA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Deputies say a man angry with a former employer tried to get even by pouring water in his ex-boss's vehicle.

Wyoming County Sheriff's deputies arrested 55-year-old Gary Thaine of Delevan on Saturday and charged him with third degree criminal mischief. Authorities say the incident happened on Holland Road in the Town of Java.

Thaine is due in Town of Java Court on December 19.
