BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A former Erie County lawmaker now admits he ran a law office after he was disbarred.
David Dale, 49, pleaded guilty Tuesday to felony scheme to defraud and illegally practicing law. Dale was disbarred in 2005.
Prosecutors say he continued providing legal services and accepted payments from clients.
