BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A doctor accused of sexually abusing a patient of his, is out of jail Thursday morning.

Dr. Dharam Garg was released on $50,000 bail. Police say Garg admitted to having sexual contact with a female patient in his office in Depew for the past two years. He says she never complained about it until now.

Garg returns to court next month.
