Doctor due in court over painkillers

NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A local doctor is due back in court Thursday. Doctor Matthew Bennett is accused of selling painkillers illegally.
Federal authorities raided his North Tonawanda office and his home in Clarence last week.
Crisis Services in both Erie and Niagara Counties are now helping patients who may be looking for a new doctor and referrals.
