DEPEW, N.Y. (WIVB) - An area doctor accused of sexually abusing a female patient will be back in court, Wednesday. Doctor Dharam Garg was arrested last Friday.

According to police his accuser showed officers cellphone video of an alleged incident that took place at his Depew office earlier this month.

In a written statement to police, Garg admitted to having sexual contact with the patient over a two year period at his office. But, he claims the female never complained.
