BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - As many as two people were shot on East Delavan Avenue in Buffalo in an apparent drive-by shooting.
Buffalo Police say one person was hit around 6 p.m. on Tuesday in front of the Holly Farms Store and there may be a second victim. Injuries in the shooting appear to be non-life threatening.
Canisius College released a statement to their students, saying two suspects are in police custody for questioning and public safety officers recovered the gun used in the shooting.
The college is advising students to avoid the area for the remainder of the evening. There are two shuttles on duty and also public safety officers available to transport anyone in the area.
