JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Jamestown man is facing felony drunk driving charges Tuesday, after being pulled over for driving erratically on East 2nd Street.
State Police say 42-year-old James Surrena failed several field sobriety tests and allegedly provided a breath sample of .18 percent, more than two times the legal BAC.
Surrena’s driving record revealed a DWI conviction within the last 10 years, so his charge was upgraded to a felony. He is charged with felony aggravated DWI. He was taken to city jail.
