CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Cheektowaga man was arrested overnight, for allegedly driving with a BAC more than two times the legal limit.
State Police say they stopped 40-year-old Darryl Williams, when his car crossed over the fog line on Main Street in the Town of Clarence.
He was taken to the police station and a breath test revealed a .19 percent BAC.
Williams was charged with aggravated DWI. He will appear in court later this month.
