CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo man was arrested Sunday night for allegedly driving drunk, after police say they stopped him for driving without headlights and failing to keep right. The incident happened at 10:40 p.m. Sunday, on Main Street in Clarence.
Police say Adrian M. Maddox appeared to possibly be drunk, and he was arrested for driving while intoxicated after roadside sobriety tests. He provided a breath test that revealed an alleged .19 percent blood alcohol content, more than two times the legal limit.
Maddox is due in Town of Clarence Court later this month.
