PHELPS, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Fredonia man is accused of driving with a BAC of more than twice the legal limit.
State Police say 24-year-old James Privateer was stopped for speeding on the Thruway. Police say he was found to have a .20 percent BAC.
Privateer was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated. He was arraigned in the Town of Phelps, and was taken to Ontario County jail on $1,500/$3,000 bail.
