ORANGEVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Warsaw man is accused of driving with more than three times the legal BAC earlier this month, on ST-20A in the Town of Orangeville. State Police say 51-year-old Christopher P. Ladd’s vehicle was found off the road.
Police say Ladd submitted a breath test that allegedly revealed a .28 percent blood alcohol content. Ladd is charged with Felony DWI, Aggravated DWI, Moving from Lane Unsafely and Open Container of an Alcohol Beverage. Ladd has a previous DWI conviction, which elevated his arrest to a felony.
